One Mean Cleaner mixing instructions

What is this concentrate?

Environmentally Safe/Nontoxic/Biodegradable/Nonflammable

Formulated concentrate made with citrus base d’limonene.  The natural orange extracts produce a citrus scent, also producing a natural solvency and grease releasing agent without any ammonia or oil extracts.

For use in the Home/Business/Autos

General cleaning-

One Mean Cleaner may be used as a general all-purpose cleaner.  10:1 solution.  Spray surfaces such as counter tops, furniture, painted walls, upholstery, appliances, lighting fixtures, etc.  Wipe dry with clean cotton cloth. 

1.       Always mix concentrate with water.  When out boating sea water may also be used.

2.       Always test for color-fastness when using One Mean Cleaner on fabrics.  For upholstered furniture, test on back of piece. 

3.       One Mean Cleaner is not available in stores.  Call your company Representive.

Laundry- 

One Mean Cleaner can be used as a pre-spray on clothing mixed 10:1 solution (avoid silk and satin).

Removing virtually every stain.  The results are amazing!  Whether it is tar, grease, oil, blood, ink, or make-up.  One Mean cleaner will greatly reduce expenses in your laundry room. 

De-fogging mirrors, glass, hardwood, marble, Terrazzo and Pergo flooring-

1.       Apply One Mean Cleaner with spray bottle 120:1 solution(1 tablespoon to a quart of water)

2.       Use a clean, dry cotton cloth to buff glass completely.  Some uses for this solution are for windshields, eye glasses, bathroom mirrors, scuba face masks, ski goggles, shop windows.  Excellent for repelling fingerprints from showcases and puppy snot off windows. 

Linoleum or tile floors and grout-

1.       Dilute One Mean Cleaner 30:1 in a bucket of hot water.

2.       Wet mop floor, let sit for 3-5(excellent with floor buffer, if no buffer, use green pads on the bottom of a sponge mop or broom).

3.       Mop up or no rinsing needed.

4.       For heavy build-up dilute 10:1, let sit for 5 minutes then buff or sweep.

Cleaning your oven-

1.       Dilute One Mean Cleaner 30:1 (for badly soiled ovens 10:1)

2.       Pre-heat oven to warm temp.  Apply One Mean Cleaner to oven for a few seconds and wipe. 

Jewelry cleaning-

Dilute One Mean Cleaner 10:1 for cleaning all your gold or silver.  If badly soiled soak for 2 hours and use a brush.  In ultra sonic dilute 100:1.  ***DO NOT USE ON PEARLS***

Boats-

Dilute One Mean Cleaner 30:1 (10:1 if very bad) for use on teakwood, vinyl seats, covers, fiberglass and bilge if badly soiled spray and let sit for 5-10 minutes before wiping or hosing off.  Read window instructions for preventing beading on glass. 

Carpet-

With carpet machine.

1.       Vacuum before shampooing carpet.

2.       Use 50:1 solution (10:1 if soiled or to spot clean)

3.       Add solution to holding tank in machine (cap of vinegar for no foam).

4.       Let dry completely and vacuum again.

Without carpet machine.

1.       Vacuum carpet before shampooing.

2.       Dilute One Mean Cleaner 30:1.

3.       Apply with pump up sprayer or sponge mop.

4.       May be wiped with clean towel if necessary on badly soiled areas.

5.       Let dry completely and vacuum again.

Vinyl tops and removing mildew-

1.       Dilute 30:1 or 10:1 depending on soil build up.

2.       Scrub with brush.

3.       Rinse with clean water.

Degreases car engines-

1.       Dilute One Mean Cleaner 7:1 with water.

2.       Spray on engine parts.

3.       Rinse with pressure or garden hose.

Concrete (dog pens, driveways, patios)-

One Mean Cleaner will replace muriatic acid for cement dust on painted surfaces.   Cleans your garage floor, driveway, kennel runs.  Removes rust and oil stains from concrete surface with brush (for old stains use steel brush).

Machine shop-

One Mean Cleaner will replace Varsal, carb-cleaner, WD-40, and handle your dripping tan at 7:1 or 10:1.

Printing-

One Mean Cleaner may be used to replace blanket wash or other chemicals used to clean printing equipment.  One Mean Cleaner has a petroleum butyl base that is extremely good for rubber articles or equipment.  It also includes 2% alcohol, an aid in drying and minor expansions of the roller.  Apply in spray form, or with a cloth at 10:1 solution.  One Mean Cleaner can be used on painted machine to remove inks with no adverse effects to the paint.  It is also IDEAL for removing ink from hands and clothing.

Body shops-

One Mean Cleaner will remove urethane off glass, hands, upholstery, and carpets without smearing.  Pre-spray concentrate is recommended at the beginning of this particular task.  Below we have a list of other applications. Removal of over spray from brake lights, tires, glass, interior, silicone on door jams, tires, use for metal prep primer wash.  Acts as an anti static and prevents fisheyes, bubbles and swirls.  Removes Paint oxidation by working in sections, using 10:1 solution.  Will restore paint in ½ the time.

Steam cleaning-

One Mean Cleaner can be used in steam cleaner to do such jobs as paint work,floors,engines and all types of heavy equipment.

1.       Add One Mean Cleaner to holding tank at 50:1 solution or 10:1 if heavy build up.

2.       OR, Mix One Mean Cleaner at 10:1 solution using your pump sprayer.

3.       Use a pressure washer with plain water.

Aluminum, chrome, stainless Steele, magnesium-

One Mean Cleaner will attack these problems with 20:1 solution.  Will also remove salt pits, rust, water stains, on ovens.  Will inhibit rust from reoccurring when used regularly.  One Mean Cleaner will not leave streaks on aluminum.

Crates and Kennels-

One Mean Cleaner may be used with bleach or odor ban to clean kennels.  Removes rust off of crates and x-pens.  Dilute One Mean Cleaner to a 10:1 solution Using a 3M pad or grill pad.

1.       Spray surface with One Mean Cleaner, let stand 5 minutes.

2.       Spray again and use 3Mor grill brush for agitation on surface.

3.       Rinse thoroughly.  Repeat if needed.

Aviation-

One Mean Cleaner has been successful on cleaning all types of aircraft.  Removal of carbon, paint oxidation and canvas on spray planes, helicopters. Prevents beading of water on windows.

 When Using a brush, do so in a circular motion

 Use a clean cotton cloth for best results
Below:
For most purposes, you will use the 10-1 mix ratio of one finger full of concentrate and the rest water.

For heavier stains, fill two fingers full of concentrate and the rest water.

When cleaning windows, mirrors, aluminum, stainless steel or brass; use a teaspoon of the concentrate and the rest water.
